How to prepare?

We advise arranging the date and place of the ritual in advance with the monk—the day before it is necessary to get acquainted with the text of the Creed itself.

On the appointed day, it is necessary to abstain from eating until the ritual, to recite the mantra as far as possible, to come to the place of ceremony in clean clothes (white is preferable), to bring and to prepare an offering of flowers, fruit, nuts for an offering on an altar, that is to put everything on a beautiful plate and put flowers in a vase.

What to offer?

The recipient of the Creed makes an abundant offering on the altar before the ritual begins - fruit, sweets, flowers, and a monetary donation to the ashram (Matkh).
