Showing compassion is the path to realizing non-duality (Advaita). Only by defeating the demon of egoism, clinging to oneself, can one reveal the true nature of one’s consciousness, which resides in all living beings, unlimited, eternal, one in all. Dissolution of the ego and unity with the Atman is the essence of the liberating Teachings of Laya Yoga.

By devoting yourself to the spread of the Dharma, helping seekers and everyone in need, participating in the publication and distribution of books of the Teaching, without dividing between yourself and others, you yourself will be imbued with a deep understanding of the Dharma and firmly connect your life with the path of Liberation and Enlightenment, earning the right to gain freedom from the shackles of the conditioned existence.
