There are Five Reasons to take Refuge with all your heart in the chosen Deity, Guru Lineage, non-divided doctrines of Siddhas, and Holy Sadhu (Sangha) - the ancient Lineage of transmitting Gods, Rishis, Saints, and Siddhis:

• Your mind will finally acquire an unbreakable and firm belief in the possibility of Liberation, and you will be able to practice tapasya and accumulate spiritual merit confidently;

• As karma is purified, blessings begin to flow in a continual thin stream, cleansing the old karma and kleshas;

• You gain reliable spiritual support that will always inspire, support, and protect you;

• You will discover the wondrous ways of yoga, the profound methods of tantra, and the secret teachings that give you wisdom and strength that even the gods desire;

• You, practicing meditation and Samadhi, will not stray from the Path of True Dharma, and even if you do, you will always be helped on the right Path;

• Therefore, before you start practicing, cultivate an indestructible faith and establish your trust in your refuge by sincerely invoking and honoring it as a magical jewel.
