Section of Light

Jyoti Yantra (Universe of Light). In the Jyoti Yoga section, a yogi practices contemplation of light in a special way, due to which he develops internal, external and intermediate signs. As visions grow in his stream of consciousness, he sees various yantras, patterns shining with the rainbow light of the deities; even if he has not performed the practice or recited the mantra, they spontaneously arise as an intensification, a deepening of his inner clarity.

By practising Jyoti Yoga, the yogi discovers the secret of the creation of the outer Universe; he understands that the inner light emanates from his heart and then is projected through the eyes, giving rise to the illusion of the external Universe, giving rise to the secret of the creation of the Universe, through such contemplation, the yogi works by unifying void awareness and appearance of visions until they are exhausted.

Jyoti yoga also includes the practice of external, internal and intermediate signs and the practice of five spaces.

Jyoti Yoga is a purely secret Teaching about non-dual light, with the help of which a successful yogi during one life is completely freed from all the limitations of his karma, achieving the Rainbow body, the highest stage of spiritual realization (Saruba Samadhi). In the “Advaya Taraka Upanishad”, Jyoti Yoga is called “Taraka Yoga”.

Jyoti yoga is based on understanding the laws of wind movement through channels (nadis). Four hundred thousand energy channels that permeate our subtle body conduct life force (prana). When the main channels, ida, pingala and sushumna, are completely purified, the yogi can perceive the five pure types of space. The five types of space are the five elements in their original purity, purified from the impure karmic vision associated with the polluted body. The yogi creates a Light body from these elements, victoriously completing his practice through the Great Transition (kaya-vyuha).
