An introductory instructor is an experienced lay student authorized by the Monastic Council who volunteers to serve in helping newcomers enter the gates of our Teaching.

Instructors' area of activity:

• assistance in clarifying the foundations of the Doctrine and the Creed;

• assistance in obtaining a correspondence Creed;

• assistance in obtaining full-time Creed;

• assistance in instilling community culture, ethics and life in the sangha;

• assistance in the beginning of training courses;

• assistance in the passage of retreats;

• assistance in inclusion in the service process;

• assistance in obtaining grihastha-diksha;

• assistance in obtaining karma-sannyasi-diksha.
